Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to federal program managers and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and submission of federal grant applications and compliance reports.
- Maintain and organize complex databases in strict accordance with federal privacy and security regulations.
- Conduct research and compile data for policy briefings and inter-agency communications.
- Coordinate logistics for federal training sessions, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and readily retrievable for audits.
- Act as a liaison between the team and federal agencies, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
