Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage federal grant applications, ensuring strict adherence to compliance guidelines and deadlines.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to federal stakeholders, including financial summaries and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departmental expenditures and regulatory documentation.
- Conduct research on federal regulatory changes and communicate impacts to the internal team.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with federal agency representatives and internal project managers.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of sensitive federal project files and contracts.
- Provide administrative support to senior program managers during peak reporting cycles.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal government contracting, administrative support, or compliance roles.
- Strong working knowledge of federal regulations (e.g., FAR, OMB Circulars) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret complex federal policies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Current eligibility to work in the United States is required.
