Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to federal employees and the public.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic and physical records in accordance with federal guidelines.
- Assist in the coordination of internal meetings, training sessions, and outreach programs.
- Perform data entry and analysis using federal databases and reporting tools.
- Support the regional office with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency policies regarding document handling.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: United States Citizenship is required.
- Security Clearance: Ability to pass a background check and obtain a favorable suitability determination.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience in a professional setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and federal case management software.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
