Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and coordination of federal grant programs and contracts.
- Review and process documentation for accuracy and compliance with federal guidelines.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in federal databases.
- Communicate with agency stakeholders and clients to provide updates on program status.
- Prepare reports and briefings for senior management regarding program performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- Associate’s degree or higher in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal or government contract administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
