Responsibilities
- Manage and organize both physical and electronic filing systems for federal records.
- Retrieve and deliver documents to authorized personnel promptly and accurately.
- Perform high-volume data entry and verification of sensitive information.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, and mailing materials.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen for federal employment consideration.
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Ability to successfully pass a federal background investigation and security clearance check.
