Responsibilities

- Assist in processing retirement applications, benefits calculations, and claim verifications.
- Communicate complex pension regulations and policy updates to internal staff and stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government data and personnel files.
- Update employee records in federal databases and ensure full compliance with OPM regulations.

Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or Public Administration is preferred.
