Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and logistical support for federal contract deliverables.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of government documentation and compliance reports.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and briefings for agency leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain secure records and data management systems in accordance with federal regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of project status updates and budgetary summaries.
- Facilitate communication between federal clients and internal technical teams.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (if required by specific role).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail.
