Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and review of federal grant applications and documentation to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Communicate with federal agencies, contractors, and stakeholders regarding project status, deadlines, and specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic and physical filing systems for sensitive federal records.
- Conduct research on current federal policies, legislative updates, and agency guidelines to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and presentations for internal leadership and external partners.
- Provide administrative support to federal project managers, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship and the ability to pass a federal background investigation and security clearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or federal contracting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
