Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to federal program managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes.
- Manage and organize electronic and physical records in compliance with federal record-keeping standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of complex reports, presentations, and briefing materials using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Conduct research and data entry to support decision-making processes for various federal projects.
- Communicate professionally with internal team members, stakeholders, and federal personnel at all levels.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office management.
- Ensure strict adherence to all security protocols, confidentiality agreements, and agency policies.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for federal contract work.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government, military, or corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
