Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including document processing, filing systems, and record maintenance
- Provide exceptional citizen support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate departmental calendars, meetings, and event logistics
- Process administrative paperwork and ensure compliance with city protocols
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, report generation, and correspondence
- Assist with procurement tasks and inventory management for office supplies

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work required
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
