- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Support departmental budget tracking and expense reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Experience with government software systems (e.g., SAP) a plus
- Flexible availability including occasional evening/weekend events
