Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake and processing of unemployment insurance claims and job seeker applications.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Perform data entry and generate reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and improve service delivery.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends or holidays as needed.
