- Update and maintain secure digital and physical filing systems in compliance with UK data protection regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, briefing notes, and internal reports.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for government officials.
- Support the dissemination of public information and government notices to the community.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Strong understanding of UK government procedures and public sector values.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government databases.
- Ability to work efficiently within a part-time framework (approx. 20-25 hours per week).
