Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential government documents with strict adherence to compliance protocols

- Manage digital records using secure government databases (e.g., SharePoint, Oracle)

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain security clearance for federal work
- Strong attention to detail with 99% accuracy in documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
- U.S. citizenship and valid Tennessee driver's license required
