Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets and statistical reports to identify trends and insights for government decision-makers.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including policy briefs, memos, and regulatory compliance reports.
- Conduct research on legislative proposals and their potential impact on state operations.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-agency projects and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor budgetary requirements and assist in the preparation of financial forecasts.
- Ensure all data entry and filing procedures adhere to strict state guidelines and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government analysis, research, or a related administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check.
