Responsibilities
- Guide applicants through benefits enrollment processes (Medicaid, SNAP, etc.)
- Verify eligibility documents and maintain accurate case files
- Conduct outreach programs to underserved communities
- Collaborate with state agencies for program updates
- Generate monthly compliance reports
- Train volunteers on program protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma + 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Basic knowledge of NC state programs
- Valid driver's license
