Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Data Management: Maintain and update digital records and databases to ensure compliance with city policies and regulations.
- Customer Service: Assist residents and visitors by providing information regarding city services, programs, and procedures.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
