Responsibilities
- Coordinate community outreach programs and events across Louisville Metro districts
- Manage grant applications and compliance documentation for state-funded initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to implement public service projects
- Track program metrics and prepare monthly progress reports for leadership
- Support citizen engagement through digital platforms and community forums
- Assist in budget allocation for assigned community programs
- Maintain accurate records using government compliance software systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in nonprofit/government program coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid Kentucky driver's license with clean driving record
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status required
- Experience with grant writing and compliance preferred
