Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize official municipal records in compliance with state/federal regulations
- Process public information requests with precision and confidentiality
- Utilize digital archiving systems for document lifecycle management
- Coordinate with city departments for record retention policies
- Train staff on records management best practices

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years records management or administrative experience
- Familiarity with public records laws (Kansas Open Records Act)
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Laserfiche)
