Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and pursue grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Develop persuasive grant proposals, budgets, and reports tailored to funders' requirements
- Collaborate with program teams to gather impact data and program narratives
- Manage relationships with foundation contacts and maintain accurate grant tracking records
- Ensure compliance with funder reporting guidelines and deadlines
- Analyze funding trends and contribute to strategic fundraising planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional grant writing experience with proven track record of securing funding
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Communications, Nonprofit Management, etc.)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to translate complex programs into compelling narratives
- Proficiency in grant databases (e.g., GrantStation, Candid) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details and budget development
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
