Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate health records and statistical data in state databases.
- Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Support special projects and data collection efforts as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of basic data privacy and confidentiality laws is a plus.
