- Public Assistance: Greet visitors, answer general inquiries, and direct citizens to the appropriate departments.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and archive physical and digital documents according to protocol.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting rooms, set up audiovisual equipment, and take minutes for departmental meetings.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with purchase orders, expense reports, and general office upkeep.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government database software.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
