Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain pension plan documentation, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Process member enrollment forms, benefit calculations, and retirement applications
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pension benefits and eligibility requirements

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and Illinois pension regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Illinois driver's license (required for occasional travel)
