Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to retirees and active employees regarding benefit inquiries and account statements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and digital records for all pension participants in our secure database.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reporting for the oversight board and regulatory agencies.
- Stay current on changes in pension laws (e.g., ERISA) and recommend procedural improvements to the team.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pension administration, government benefits, or actuarial science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and pension management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of government retirement systems and financial compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
