Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or compliance experience
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS Code 401(k), and PBGC regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex legal and financial documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and pension software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal clearance
