- Process emergency/non-emergency calls using CAD/RMS systems with 99% accuracy
- Dispatch police units using radio/telephone protocols during critical incidents
- Maintain real-time situational awareness across multiple channels
- Execute multi-agency coordination during major events
- Document call details and incident reports with precision
- Provide public assistance while maintaining confidentiality protocols
- Operate under NIMS/ICS standards during crisis scenarios
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (college preferred)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing certification (test required)
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and polygraph examination
- Experience in high-stress customer service environments
