Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 2+ years policy analysis or government affairs experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, R)
- Exceptional written communication and report-writing skills
- Strong understanding of Texas legislative processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional travel requirements)
