Responsibilities
- Analyze legislation and regulatory impacts for state agencies
- Research public policy trends and best practicesPrepare concise policy briefings for legislative committees
- Coordinate with stakeholders across government sectors
- Monitor implementation of existing policies

- Conduct constituent needs assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ years policy analysis or legislative experience
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of California government structure
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Valid California driver's license
