Responsibilities

- Prepare clear reports for senior leadership and legislative committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 2+ years policy analysis or government experience preferred
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis tools (Excel, SPSS)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of California state government structure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license may be required
