- Track emerging policy trends and best practices from other jurisdictions
- Maintain accurate documentation of research methodologies and findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years policy analysis or government relations experience
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or R)
- Exceptional written communication and research skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of Indiana state government structure
- Valid U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
