Responsibilities

- Monitor policy outcomes and recommend evidence-based adjustments
- Assist in grant application processes for community development projects
- Participate in public forums to gather stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 2+ years of policy analysis or government research experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel, R)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with New Mexico state government operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Active security clearance eligibility
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
