Responsibilities
- Analyze state legislation and regulatory impacts
- Prepare concise policy briefs and executive summaries
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and public hearings
- Manage quantitative/qualitative research projects
- Coordinate interdepartmental policy initiatives
- Present findings to legislative committees
- Track federal/state compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 2+ years policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with SPSS/Stata/R statistical software
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Texas driver's license required
- U.S. citizenship and state residency
