Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on state legislation, regulations, and policy trends

- Coordinate stakeholder engagement sessions with community organizations
- Monitor implementation of existing policies and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in drafting policy memos and legislative testimony
- Maintain accurate records of research findings and stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of research or policy analysis experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Massachusetts government structure preferred
- Valid driver's license may be required for occasional off-site meetings
