Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and regulatory impacts for cabinet-level agencies
- Lead stakeholder engagement across 8 wards and federal partners
- Develop data-driven policy recommendations using advanced statistical modeling
- Manage $50M+ grant programs with strict federal compliance
- Present findings to City Council and mayoral leadership teams
- Mentor junior analysts and oversee interdepartmental task forces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of federal/state government policy experience
- Expertise in quantitative analysis (R, Python, or SAS)
- Active DC government security clearance preferred
- Proven track record of implementing policy reforms
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
