Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive economic impact analyses for state incentive programs
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for legislative review

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, Stata)
- Proven track record of developing successful legislative proposals
- Strong understanding of Tennessee's economic landscape
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Professional certification in public policy (PPA preferred)
