Responsibilities

- Process benefit applications accurately and within mandated timelines

- Maintain confidential case files in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Collaborate with community partners to connect clients with additional resources
- Utilize state benefit systems for data entry and case management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse populations
- Basic knowledge of public assistance programs preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
