Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 2+ years of policy research or government internship experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Boston's municipal governance structure
- Ability to work flexible hours (20-25 hours/week)
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
