Responsibilities
- Screen and process eligibility applications for state assistance programs
- Conduct intake interviews and provide program information to clients
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in state systems
- Coordinate with community partners and state agencies for client referrals
- Assist with outreach events to promote program accessibility
- Prepare monthly performance reports for program supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or social services experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state databases
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills required
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Knowledge of Texas state programs beneficial
