- Respond to citizen inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accurate information on city services

- Maintain accurate records using city databases and documentation systems
- Contribute to public awareness campaigns through digital and traditional channels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for events
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (if field work required)
