Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate, secure filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and compliance with state standards.
- Retrieve, sort, and distribute confidential documents to authorized personnel promptly.
- Assist the administrative office with general clerical duties, including answering phones and mail processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to privacy laws and confidentiality protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office workflows and improve record-keeping efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in records management, data entry, or general office administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
