- Organize, scan, and maintain confidential state records using digital systems
- Respond to public records requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Assist with document destruction protocols following state regulations
- Collaborate with department teams on record-keeping initiatives
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and interdepartmental correspondence
- Support audits by preparing documentation and reports
- Update databases and track document lifecycle metrics
Qualifications
