- Process and digitize public records requests following California Public Records Act guidelines
- Maintain accurate document indexing and archival systems
- Respond to citizen inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Utilize county databases for record retrieval and verification
- Train on specialized document management software
- Assist with records retention and destruction protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years administrative or records management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license (may be required)
