- Provide courteous customer service to government staff and citizens
- Prepare routine reports on record inventory and request volumes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years experience in records management or administrative support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic databases
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for occasional off-site duties)
