Responsibilities

- Process public record requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Digitize and archive historical documents using specialized software
- Assist citizens with in-person and phone inquiries regarding records
- Collaborate with department staff on record retention policies
- Prepare routine reports on document processing activities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year records management or administrative experience
