Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic state records with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Perform high-volume data entry and verify accuracy of information in state databases.
- Assist the public and staff with inquiries regarding departmental services and filing procedures.
- Prepare and assemble routine reports, correspondence, and memos.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely manner.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, records management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
