Responsibilities
- Accurately process and digitize public records following state retention policies
- Provide in-person and phone support to citizens requesting documents
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Coordinate with county departments for record transfers and audits
- Utilize specialized records management software (training provided)
- Assist with FOIA requests and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years experience in records management or administrative support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
