Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize wildlife permit records using state database systems
- Process customer applications for hunting/fishing licenses with accuracy
- Assist with public inquiries regarding wildlife regulations and permits
- Scan and digitize historical conservation documents for digital archives
- Collaborate with biologists to update species tracking databases
- Prepare monthly activity reports for regional supervisors
- Ensure compliance with state records retention policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years experience in records management or data entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
