Responsibilities
- Screen passengers, carry-on luggage, and cargo using X-ray machines and walk-through metal detectors

- Operate advanced imaging technology and explosive detection equipment
- Enforce TSA security protocols and maintain checkpoint efficiency
- Document security incidents and complete required reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during emergencies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
- Valid state driver's license or government-issued photo ID
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency for checkpoint equipment operation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
