Responsibilities

- Investigate employee benefit plan violations and recommend corrective actions
- Provide technical guidance to plan sponsors, trustees, and beneficiaries
- Prepare detailed examination reports and enforcement recommendations
- Collaborate with legal teams on litigation and enforcement proceedings
- Stay updated on evolving pension legislation and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, law, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration or regulatory compliance experience
- Expert knowledge of ERISA, PBGC regulations, and IRS pension codes
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, CFA, or JD) preferred
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to travel up to 25% for plan examinations
