- Collaborate with finance and HR teams on benefit optimization
- Implement policy updates and procedural improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Knowledge of ERISA, NYSLRS, and federal retirement regulations
- Proficiency in benefits administration software (e.g., Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- NY State residency required within 90 days of hire
